I like that it has many features which can be used in different ways depending on your needs. It also allows you to use the same software for multiple agencies. The interface could be improved as it is not very intuitive. However, there are some great tutorials available on their website which help you get started. If you're looking for a solution which can handle all of your agency's requirements, then this is an excellent option. We have been able to implement a number of functions (e.g. electronic filing) and save time by being able to easily store information in one place.
