Disappointed by the Subpar Products from FocusCare

As a regular online shopper, I recently discovered FocusCare's website, which makes the claim to provide premium apparel, accessories for ladies, shoes, jewelry, and more. My interaction with this company, however, was hardly positive. It turned out that the things I bought from them were of incredibly low quality, which was a complete waste of my hard-earned money. After only a few days of wear, the shoes I purchased started to fall apart, and the jewelry started to corrode after just a week. The clothes I ordered were poorly manufactured, had cheap materials, and did not resemble the photographs on the internet. My aggravation increased when I tried to contact their customer support for a refund or exchange but got no answer. It is evident that FocusCare places a higher priority on financial gain than providing high-quality goods and responsive customer service. It is not worth the chance of receiving subpar goods and squandering your money to order from this company, I would strongly suggest. FocusCare is not something I would suggest to anyone since as a consumer, I expect more from internet merchants.

Pros
  • Large selection of different types of clothing.
Cons
  • Some goods only come in a limited range of sizes.
