Review on 🎨 Prism Makeup 21 Colors Pigmented Eyeshadow Palette: Ultra-Blendable Long Lasting Natural Shades for Stunning Eye Makeup by Rebecca Flores

This review is getting long just a warning lol1/ Price: damn good with free shipping and returns via Revain2/ Packaging: Pretty I'm an astrologer girl so anything to do with galaxies will grab my attention.3/ Samples: I applied the palette to skin, NC-20/25 with no foundation. I also have a brief comment on each shade, please see my photos. My Opinion: There are some issues but overall not bad except for 4 shades: Orbital, Spheroid, Eclipse, Black Hole due to poor pigmentation5 / Performance: I used It Cosmetics CC Cream as a primer. Results: Row 1 was pale for my skin tone, but I think the shades in this row will be visible to anyone with a lighter skin tone than me. 2nd and 3rd rows are amazing. Conclusion: I'm happy with this purchase, although I can't take full advantage of the 1st row. This palette is more of an eyeshadow extension than Urban Decay Born To Run's sacred Boom Boom pigmentation. Of course, the UB Born To Run formula is a little better: bright colors, soft strokes. However, if you're on a budget, want to experiment with colors, and are afraid of overly pigmented eyeshadow, I think this palette is a great option for you.
