I ordered a "Chrome" mirror, the box says "Chrome" but the box contained the product "Bronze". Putting the base on the turning bolt was extremely difficult as it didn't fit properly. It was necessary to use pliers, attaching and detaching it several times before going deep enough that the neck connecting the top and bottom was tight and secure. I leave it because someone liked it but not what I wanted. The product itself is of decent quality.
