Cheap Plastic Junk - Camera and Photo

This expensive flash has a plastic element that attaches to the camera. They know that cheap piece of junk is broken - I don't even know how - and it costs a lot of money to fix. The. a. one piece. out. Garbage. Extremely dissatisfied with this purchase. The flash functions are great, but cheap plastic for a shoe with such a powerful flash - what kind of so-called engineer would that be a good idea?
