Review on Enhanced Wireless Home Audio Amplifier System - Bluetooth Compatible Sound Stereo Receiver Amp - Advanced 6 Channel 600Watt Power, Digital LCD, Headphone Jack, 1/4'' Microphone IN USB SD AUX RCA FM Radio - Pyle PTA66BT by Meichelle Cortez

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Multiple pre-outs cannot be connected

I bought this because I have an Onkyo receiver and wanted to see if I could hook up an amplifier through the pre outs on the receiver. I asked a question about Revain and got a basic "yes" response. I know I don't know much about A/V cabling , but after googling how to wire an amp through the pre outs I figured I could figure it out. There is only 1 output on the back of the amp.The back of the Onkyo receiver has corresponding pre outs for front , center, height, surround and subwoofer. So where do you connect the preout connector input wires coming from the corresponding preout output wires on the receiver. Pyle support said no. I spent 37 minutes on the phone with Pyle support and gave them the model number of my Onkyo receiver. They said again that I couldn't connect my Onkyo receiver's pre outs to this dust amp. If you would like an explanation of how to hook up all the pre outs coming from the onkyo receiver to your amp I would greatly appreciate it and I will change my 1 star rating and maybe reorder and try again.
