Exactly as described for party supplies

I bought these for my teenager's birthday party and it was a huge hit! They were easy to assemble and easy to "hack". The children used it to make bracelets, necklaces and headbands. It looked cool as we dimmed the lights and they glowed in the dark while the kids danced. I took them out of the packaging and placed them in a shallow bowl for everyone to easily reach. Delivery was on time. Overall a good buy.
