Fits well and warms well.
A potential problem can be the location of the power cord when mounted on the passenger seat in a vehicle. The power cord exits the heater on the right side. The power controller is located about 1ft from the exit to the seat so it cannot be operated under the seat heater but must be bypassed to the front of the seat. Depending on where the power supply is located, this could be an issue. In the driver's seat there are no problems at all.
