I am returning this item. It's too short. The top of this cactus is made of fabric and my cat's claws got stuck in it. It's very soft. Part of the scratching post is low - only 30 cm above the ground. At best, it's the size of a kitten. My cat has literally never scratched them. My husband actually tried to show her how to use it and she usually just walked away unselfishly. She knows how to use a scratching post and didn't see it that way. So happy with the free return. She played with the dangling ball for about 5 seconds. Moral of the story: get the traditional post and make sure it's high for our cats to stretch out their claws and scratch. :)
