I looked at several hydration packs before deciding on this item. My fiancé and I like to go hiking and he already has a backpack for himself. So I bought this for myself and tried it out on a 5 mile hike at our nearby state park. It turned out great! The interior that houses the reservoir is insulated and kept my reservoir cold for about two hours before warming up from my body heat after wearing it. There were no leaks, the backpack is light, the clip on the chest is comfortable and durable. I'm a tall girl (300+ pounds) and I was concerned the shoulder straps would not fit me. I had no problems and I had just enough length of strap to put on until it fit my back. This product is highly recommended!
