The best part of happerhr is its flexible nature to integrate with other third party applications like Slack, Salesforce etc., It has helped us in creating custom integrations for our clients which helps them reduce manual effort as well as provide better customer experience by automating repetitive tasks. I dislike it's UI/UX design since there isn't much customization options available. Since we are using this tool mostly during meetings or conversations where people tend not pay attention at times therefore some info gets lost from time to time due to lack of visibility into chat logs. Also sometimes when you try searching something inside client side search box nothing comes up even though your query matches perfectly but if you open same thing through API then results come out fine. Automate all routine work related activities such as data entry, approvals, sending reminder emails, scheduling follow ups etc.
