The support that this orthosis offers seems to be good. And of course, it's a lot easier to put on than a regular Dojoy lace-up brace. The only problem with this is that if you have really very skinny calves, wrapping the top of the bandage will expose most of the velcro (rough side). That means whatever you put on over it (pants, sweatpants) will be pulled down. As a workaround, I used a piece of fabric to cover the excess. In this review I have attached a picture of both DonJoy braces. I'll probably keep it rather than return it and only use it if I don't have anything else.
