I understand that no matter who sells this product, it is identical, which is why I chose this product strictly based on price. Bought two from this seller. So far, so good. The product is marked with "lifetime guarantee". I don't know what that means because there was no return information in the package. However, compared to other providers, this machine has a cheap price. I can buy FOUR for the same price as ONE from Microsoft. I will be running one power cord per room rather than carrying a power cord from room to room, reducing wear and tear.
