I read several reviews that this unit is noisy and found it only slightly louder than normal PS4 fans and not at all like the PS4 fans at high speed to run. The PS4 mount wasn't very secure, but it's ok if the device doesn't move. Somewhat confusing instructions translated into English. The turbo button seems to mean high speed or low speed. Update: It's been a few weeks now and it's started making the occasional high-pitched noise. When the PS4 is turned off in standby mode, the device spins the fans about every second for a few minutes, which is loud enough to be annoying when trying to watch TV. Hope it lasts! UPDATE: After 18 months one of the small fans is spinning slowly and making a whirring noise, probably needs replacing, but 18 months of no PS4 noise at high speed has paid off!
