For me this was the best magnifying mirror I have ever bought. I like how big the mirror is and I need 15x magnification. Yes, you have to be close to the mirror, but you can lean over the sink and look in the attached mirror. So far it has certainly been on my mirror on the wall. If he doesn't fall, smash and shatter like my others have over time, he'll be a real winner. I think the improved attachment method will last a long time. So far I can highly recommend this mirror.
