My handbag arrived today. I love it. THEN WHAT. For the price I expected a higher quality of service. The clear pouch that my pouch came in was scratched and it was a pretty bad scratch as the wallet inside the pouch was also scratched. Even before I opened the bag it was sealed in, I could tell that it must have left a mark. There's a small scratch on the front of the bag where the Kate Spade symbol is, so it's pretty sad. If we had come in the original storage bag they were meant to be kept in, in addition to the bag they came in, it probably could have been avoided. Even though it's hard to see, I see it and it annoys me. Also, there was no dust/protective bag in the kit, which I think should be. Otherwise I am very satisfied with this bag. Came with tags and all. It was a little smaller than expected, but it was actually a pleasant surprise. It fits in my Kindle Paperwhite, my small wallet, my phone, my phone charger, a reusable straw, a small makeup bag and brush, three small reusable bags about the size of a cutie or a tangerine. And I still have room for maybe one or the other handy muesli bar. I have included a photo of the contents of my purse and a photo of the contents of my purse inside the purse so future buyers can see how much space they can have. Wishing this was available before I bought it, I tried to find this information online. I've also included a standard size picture of the club card next to the pocket for scaling. And photo tags and glitter textures. So far only one piece of glitter has come loose while running my hands over it to see if a bunch of glitter would come loose. All in all, this is a quality bag at a great price. Hope my review is helpful
