Using MiQ - great tool in order gather user insights!

We are using miq for our customer engagement platform which allows us to connect directly with clients via chatbot. The results of the survey have been amazing and we can use this data to better understand who our ideal client is. The integrations options from other platforms like Salesforce were not available at first but since then they seem to be working quite well now. I would love if you could add more surveys (more than 5) per day limit so that it does not become impossible to reach every single one of your target audience within a week. Also sometimes people don't answer some questions/answer incorrectly when answering certain ones. This makes your analysis difficult as you need to remove the incorrect answers manually. But overall i think it's worth giving a try because the benefits will definitely outweigh any downsides. Our main objective was to get feedback from our users by asking specific questions through a chat bot.
