Review on Tastelife Queen Waterproof Mattress Protector by Markus Calderon

I should have bought this sooner! Reviews were mixed so I was skeptical at first. Some reviews said it was breathable due to the plastic lining under the lid, but I've had no issues with it and I live in an area that's hot and humid year-round. My main concern was whether my mattress would be protected from my daughter who sometimes pees at night. She has already had 2 accidents and both times the cover protected my mattress! The product did not come with washing and care instructions. Before use, I washed the cover on the wash cycle (gentle cycle) and dried it in the air dryer. The second wash I hung it up to dry. Overall I'm happy with the product and it does the job when you have a toddler starting potty training.
