Update: For the sneakers I had they had to be cut, for the pocket diapers I have now they are perfect. They hold up well to washing and drying and can take a beating! Bought 2 sets now so I really like these inserts and if they weren't so big they would be perfect. They last a lot, although I double them up with my little one for nighttime use. The only issue I have is that they are about an inch or so too long and an inch or so too wide. I ended up cutting them off and re-stitching the sides to better match my daughter's cloth sweaters.
