Easy to assemble, solid construction, quite comfortable. Adjustments: height, backrest (front to back, not inclined), armrest height; Nothing more. The armrests are padded better and more comfortably than I expected. The seat back provides good lower back support; I have a bad disc there, this chair helps quite well and better than most. I know from experience that this is an accident; I've had $2,000 chairs at my desk with every possible custom ergonomics known to man that still hurt my back. But the cushions and other materials, build quality, and all-day comfort on this chair are very good. I've been a table jockey for 30 years and this chair is the most comfortable I've ever owned. It gets great reviews from all over the internet and deserves it.
