Review on NewBase by Aaron Villanueva

I have used this product for several years now due to it's ease of use with our account managers as well since they keep up training us when new platforms come around which has been great! We are using analytics daily not only is that very important but we need them regularly so there really isn't much else out their other than price point/cost etc.. The customer service team from NB works through your questions every day by email or phone - sometimes you just want someone who can read what comes off screens ;) Nothing at present!! I have been working with them for over 5 years now as an Account Manager at one of their clients (an online retailer). They are very professional & always deliver quality work to my team within our agreed timeframe! Nothing really - they do great job overall but sometimes it can be difficult getting hold off certain people or departments that you need access too if your not familiar enough w/the process / systems etc.. Just keep plugging away though :).
