Very quick and easy to use

This non-contact thermometer seems to be the most accurate of all the thermometers I have. I know my normal temperature is around 97.5. I used to have an old fashioned glass thermometer (which my doctor says is the most accurate) and it read me consistently at 97-97.5. When it suddenly broke (in my husband's mouth! And he wasn't pressing on him so he could say cheers! But he was fine after spitting out all the mercury. Not recommended!) I decided I needed an accurate digital thermometer needed. I now have two types under my tongue, an ear thermometer and this one. My neurologist's office recommended this and so far it's GREAT. And this is the only one that stands firm in its testimony to us. I highly recommend it!
