Cured my problem with parts

Check engine light in my 2004 Subaru Forester and gave the codes for the ecosystem. I changed the gas cap, didn't help. Climbing under the car, I found a damaged canister vent valve along with the wiring. I repaired the wiring and replaced the valve with this one. It worked and the check engine light went out after clearing the codes.
