Review on 🔒 Enhanced Safety and Comfort: Introducing the 3M DBI SALA Construction Harness 1113124 by Bradley Wacks

I hesitate to give this Bad rating, because this is a really great pendant and I love wearing it. But I'm getting instructions and excuses from both the manufacturer Sala and Revain (where I bought it and can't return it) for trying to fix a very basic warranty claim. In less than 6 months I have this new harness, one of the buckles has somehow gotten to the point of being difficult to buckle and unhold. IT'S NOT SAFE. A $500 strap should last 6+ months. Since my work (and life) depends on this clasp, I can only give it 1 star for that. (otherwise it would definitely be 5 stars). Hopefully Sala or Revane will reply to this review to help me fix it. I hate using my old harness that I have to wear until this issue is resolved, but at least I know it's safe.
