Review on Enhanced Corebay Ceiling Fan Remote Control: UC7078T Replacement with Light Dimmer & Wall Mount - No Reverse Function by Kyle Awasthi

I recently bought a Harbor Breeze fan and it's lowest setting was too fast compared to my other fans in the house and you could hear a subtle but annoying hum. After installing this remote, the lowest settings are now more consistent with my other fans and the hum is gone! I chose this particular remote because it uses the same controller as two of my other fans that have been working fine (but little used) for almost 20 years. In addition, the antenna wire does not have to protrude from the canopy like other branded remote controls suggest. The remote also worked well at a distance of 20-30 feet from the fan. For fun I tried the remote with my other fans and it worked with them too provided I set the same DIP switches (but of course I set them to a unique setting afterwards). It also dims the dimmable LEDs that come with the fan.
