I have ordered 2 of the exact same items, Cooler Bag Bean Bag: Huge 4 foot bean bag memory foam furniture. They arrived at the same time, each in a different box. My wife and I carefully followed the instructions on the first box and unwrapped the molded foam insert to allow it to inflate. We put the first chair aside, opened the second drawer, and continued the same thing. It wasn't until we moved both foam trays that we realized something was really wrong, the first pocket was much heavier than the second. When we got both bags on the scale at different times, we found that one had 12.3 pounds MORE foam than the other. It makes a HUGE difference in size and comfort. I hope the company reads this review and gets in touch with me to resolve this issue, otherwise I will be returning both bags within the stated return period.
