I was talking to a stranger about carpentry and he finally told me. To be honest I didn't believe how well he said it when he said it to me. He said it was a smooth, soft, flexible tape that could be attached to tool handles in a carpentry workshop. So I gave it a try and put a chisel on the hammer.
