The monitor was great until it broke after 2 months of use. Suddenly it started to flicker and there was nothing you could do about it. Now I'm trying to return or exchange it. Incredibly disappointing. ---- 5 months later. Intermittent flickering and ghosting. I reset all the diagnostics in the Dell manual, shut down, restarted and ran. Nothing will fix that. After contacting the reseller AND Dell, after hours of troubleshooting, Dell agreed to send me a REVISED monitor. When it arrived my monitor's flickering was gone so I didn't unpack the used monitor and send it back. Unfortunately the intermittent flickering has reappeared and NOT FIXED. works and DELL will not replace it with an identical new one. DO NOT BUY THIS MONITOR.
