Simple and easy in the kitchen Storage and organization Accessories

They were easy to install. All I had to do was drill a hole in the ceiling the size of a folded staple. I'm not sure how much weight I can hang from this, I guess it depends on the type of ceiling and drywall!? But for now I only need it to hang very light bulbs.
