I've heard of some really good benefits of using an air purifier regularly. I have a puppy and the house I live in, we separated from relatives, and they smoke. Thought I'd give this device a try as it had good reviews and was reasonably priced. It's actually a lot more than I expected when I ordered. I found it very easy to set up and use. I took it out of the box where it was very well packed. I removed the backing and removed the plastic from the filter and then replaced it. Took the back off and it was ready to go. Since I've been using it, there's a noticeable difference in air quality. Our living space naturally collects a lot of dust and dander as we also use a wood stove. I have to say I'm very happy with the results so far. There are 3 different fan settings, timer and sleep mode. All of them make this device very convenient and functional. The noise level is no higher than that of a simple fan. I really like the dull hum, it's almost like white noise but not loud, it's very subtle.
