No safety collar!
Sold as a breakaway safety collar. However, I could not detach the collar without breaking it. This product is not safe for pets! In fact, I had trouble opening the collar even when I pressed the tabs. An examination of the tabs reveals a design problem: the tabs have small hooks that prevent them from opening unless the tabs are pressed. Maybe a very big cat (like a cougar) could open this thing, but a house cat couldn't. .
