The filter is excellent, well made, serves its purpose. Installation is another matter. It's easy to fold back the carpet then you need to loosen 3 screws (T-20) then a finger clip to lower the panel, be careful with the sensor and the bulb is very hot. Removing the filter is easy, but you need to be an acrobat to insert the filter into the duct assembly, two tiny clips are difficult to manipulate. and the filter has a sliding clip. Even though it's hard work, it's worth saving on the MB service fee, my dealer wanted $60 which I'm told is lower than most. I also use Mann air filters (2), much easier.
