I loved the gift box this belt came in. You don't have to return it. It can be easily adjusted at home and comes with 2 tools: one to open the buckle and adjust the size and the other to make additional holes on the belt if needed. I thought it was a wonderful bonus. The belt is neatly folded and packaged in a small brown resealable bag and several desiccant bags to absorb excess moisture during storage. As I unrolled the tape, I noticed that there were bubbles on the inside (brown side) from twisting tight. No flattening of the belt will fix this, so I know it's an issue with the material itself and the glue peeling from the inside that holds the black and tan sides of the belt together. I decided to return the belt due to quality issues. But I liked the weight of the buckle (very strong and beautiful rose gold color) and the fact that it's reversible. You get 2 straps in 1!
