We bought a few of these hooks to put in an oak leaf table to hold the chain that supports the writing surface (we bought two packs of hooks). After three hooks had already been screwed into the wood of the antique table, the fourth hook broke during assembly. I asked for a replacement; I sent back the broken hook but not the one that was already inserted into the wooden part of the table. When the replacement came we installed it and the extra from the package stayed. Now I believe I am charged a fee for an unbroken hook which I did not return (I believe the fee for the whole two although the broken one was returned). This was a big problem for an unreliable product. Update: A few days ago I put my hand on the surface of this table while reading a piece of paper. Two more hooks broke! Terrible product!
