I've had this camera for 12 months and 3 weeks now. It comes with a 12-month warranty (of course). 2 weeks guarantee and he dies. While it was a great camera to use, it's particularly frustrating when an electronic device fails seconds after the warranty period has expired. Kodak won't budge. Other electronics companies I've dealt with in the past have responsibly honored their somewhat overblown warranties out of gratitude for customer loyalty. So far no luck with Kodak. After speaking to the service center, I realized that the repair would probably cost me around $200. Important NOTE; The camera has never been dropped or exposed to moisture. It's just a mechanical error. While this camera was great while it worked, my experience makes me doubt I would replace it with another Kodak.
