The quality of these glasses is much better than those sold in a regular pharmacy. When I opened the package and put them on I was pleasantly surprised. When surfing on my phone or tablet, they are much nicer than cheap e-readers. However, after I got to work today and used them to view my two 23 inch monitors, there was a lot of distortion around the edges. It was eerie shifting your gaze from one screen to another - like missing something in your field of vision. It's very distracting. Can't say as I haven't noticed a difference in eye strain yet, but I'll probably go back to cheaper glasses if I don't get used to that distorted view by the end of the day. I use 2.50x magnification.
