I wrote a two star review at first because after swimming with them I couldn't connect them to my computer to add the music I put on them /to remove. The company contacted me, discussed my issues and made suggestions on how to fix them. After being unable to connect them to a computer, they sent me a new pair that work great. I appreciate a company that is willing to lend a hand and solve problems properly. The sound is very good underwater and comfortable to wear when swimming because nothing gets stuck in the ear. The battery also has a good service life.
