I think it looks good. The buttons are functional. Yes, there is a belt. Size S fits me and my waist is between 24-25 inches. However, when I sit down, I'm embarrassed that my crotch is visible in the shadows, so I'll do something about the gap. You can see in my pictures that black is good at showing dust.
