What a cute sweater vest! I bought it for my 2 year old for Christmas photos. Fits great, looks like good quality. And it can be washed and dried, which is perfect for baby messes. My son is 36 inches tall and weighs 32 pounds. He usually wears 3t but I ordered 4t and it fits perfectly. You may consider ordering one size larger.
