This is my first electric toothbrush, if I knew that they clean my teeth so well, I would have bought it 10 years ago :) In general, I am very satisfied with the purchase, despite the fact that the black brush broke down after two weeks of use, I was replaced with a new one at the service center without any problems. Now everything works like clockwork. Satisfied. Special thanks to the customer support in WhatsApp and the service center on Varshavsky proezd in Hong Kong, such a service is very conducive to the brand.
- 1. there are two brushes in the set, it is very convenient if you buy for the family (I bought it for myself and my wife right away) 2. several brushing modes, you can choose the best one for your teeth 3. cleans teeth well, after a month of use, tartar on the inside of the lower teeth stopped forming. It was not cleaned with an ordinary brush, I had to do a cleaning at the dentist. 4. a separate plus is the Phillips service center! handled the problem, everyone helped to fix it and they were always interested in how the process was going. Very nice! 5. I have been using an electric shaver from the same company for 7 years, so I am confident in the motor and battery.
- 1. A cup holder with a charger that only holds one brush. two can be placed but with difficulty. 2. after two weeks of use, the black brush began to rattle a lot (not critical, because it was replaced in a week at the service center with a new one) 3. expensive consumables
