Review on Coronet Argentine Sweet Iron Port by Fredrick Edwards

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great bit for a horse that needs a little more.

Great bit for a horse that needs a little more speed than the snaffle provides but still retains lateral thrust when you need it when the sides turn. The port is very low and gentle and the stems are short so it's not heavy at all. I have used it on many horses and they have all been successful. I bought this for a student whose horse was difficult to control with a simple snaffle and often stuck its head in the air. After a few times with this punch, she was no longer difficult to rein in, and she no longer stuck her head in the air. She seems more comfortable and happier with this piece.
