I really love these bags and how they shimmer holographically in the light. These medium sized bags are 10.2" wide, 12.6" tall and 3.8" deep. The paper is good, thick, will not tear. There are 12 pockets, three each of four different patterns. One pattern has diagonal rows of dots of different sizes One pattern has diagonal stripes alternating between wide and thin lines One design has different sized heart shapes falling from the top of the bag One pattern also has stars of different sizes falling from the top of the bag Each pattern is on both sides of the bag, which is good.The bottom of each bag is reinforced inside and out.The handles, one on each side of each bag, are shiny silver ribbons with plastic lace-like tips.These bags are very pretty and very festive and I really look forward to using them In most cases I prefer gift bags over wrapping paper as gift bags can be reused by anyone who receives them, nic ht only once, but several times. Being able to give away a beautiful bag like this is environmentally friendly and good for the wallet. These 12 bags are currently on sale for $16.99. Considering how sturdy they are and that they should be good for many additional uses, I think they're good value for money.
