Not manufactured to the same specifications as halogen bulbs. The metal base is slightly smaller.
The bulbs do not fit into the headlight housing as tightly as a halogen bulb. Because of this, the retaining rings that hold the lamp in place cannot securely hold the lamp in the housing. The metal base is slightly smaller than the halogen bulb, which prevents the LED bulb from fitting securely into the housing. I will not buy from this manufacturer again.
