The advertising is misleading

I love this toy. But the advertising is deceptive. It says the color and print may vary but it looks like both toys are together except for a small note. I wouldn't mind paying for both, but I suggested Revain go through the list and correct it for clarity. Looks like a scam attempt. Is there a way to select an elephant to buy? I still want two of these (I have twins).
