In general, it's pretty good, an equal number of pros and cons.
It started to creak after 3 days; the back isn't very high; I'm 186 cm tall, so the head pillow's no good for me; and the thread that keeps it in place eventually snapped.
- This chair is the best you can get for $5400 because it has everything you need, is comfortable, and was not poorly made.
- It's noisy, the thread broke when I tried to adjust the sway of the back, so now it's not adjustable, the back isn't very high (I'm 186cm tall), and the seat sagged very quickly (without getting any stiffer).
