This metal band offers the highest quality sound reproduction, excellent highs and lows. When it comes to cassettes, it couldn't be better. The body of the band is attractive and durable. I recorded reggae music and the drum and bass are amazing. The sonic difference to high offset is negligible, but still perceptible for the audiophile. I wouldn't recommend investing in metal bands unless you can find a good deal. I checked the prices and they are way out there! One final note: depending on your recording needs, Type 1 cassettes are fine for everyday recording, although quality varies from brand to brand.
