I bought an induction cooker with a shiny glass hob and it didn't last long. I tried many different products to try to clear it up and while they worked, they didn't work to my satisfaction. Then I discovered the great Weiman products. Cloths work best when your oven just needs a good wipe down. Polish wasn't my favorite because it was dirty but did a good job on everything except stains. Then I discovered this bad boy. It works great with cooked food, water stains and everything else. i love this stuff I use it to clean the cooktop, then wipe with damp paper towels until all residue is gone, then buff with a dry paper towel. My hob looks new every time. I use pasta once a week and in between I use cooktop towels. Weiman offers a wide range of products. We love stainless steel cleaners and I use a granite cleaner too, but I don't think it works as well. If you don't see the mess and it has time to settle it becomes a real problem so I have to keep an eye on it. My favorite product is this. They have a great line, but we all have our favorites and this one is mine. It's worth it.
