The camera came with an SD card and immediately reported a card error. I researched the problem online and the website said to format it using a computer. Still does not work. I tried THREE other SD cards and none worked. The nearly 20 year old SD card technology this camera is supposed to run on doesn't work. I have requested an exchange for a new camera, I will try again and if it doesn't work the second time then there is no third chance. This is a $200 camera, so expect a lot more. Especially from Browning. UPDATE: The backup camera works like clockwork and I bought another one to add to the same account. Browning has justified himself, both cameras work perfectly.
