I use a cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk and some ice in a blender, which tastes like a slightly frosty 110-calorie runner and 21 grams of protein (with almond milk added)! It really fills you up. I eat this for dinner with veggies and yogurt. I don't like to cook, so I don't eat a lot of meat, but this is a great protein substitute.
