I was looking for a frame that would not rust, be strong enough and not cover anything on the license plate. I saw another review that said the frame covers the state name, but in my case it doesn't cover it completely and doesn't cover the top like it often does. These are just two minor matches in the top left and top right corners of the state name. One star deducted for this small problem. If the design of the helical blades is changed a bit so as not to obscure these areas, it is ideal. I have seen other frames with rounded flaps and this is exactly what needs to be done, as opposed to the current longer and somewhat square flaps as you can see in the attached photo where they are marked with red circles. A high quality metal frame laminated with a nice carbon finish while the thickness of the metal is quite normal so as not to feel flimsy. No other supplier offers anti-squeak pads complete with frames. As for rust, time will tell but judging by the quality of the material I hope it doesn't rust. as if the seller really thinks about what buyers want.
